Nothing is perfect the first time you ship it, making small iterations over time is the key to giant leaps in progress.Use data to make decisions but a strong intuition is also important.The best way to understand your customer is to become them: read what they read, listen to the podcasts they would listen to, visit the sites they visit, immerse yourself in their world and speak with them often.Persistence will beat raw talent over time.Value your engineers, without them you can’t do sh*t
